PAYMENT

We accept MasterCard, Visa.

All items must be paid for in full on order placement.

RECEIPT OF ORDER CONFIRMATION

You will receive an Order Confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence.  If you do not receive this email please contact info@nh-interiors.eu  so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

PRICES

Prices are as set out on the website and exclude VAT. This is then added in your shopping basket at the current rate, where applicable. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT.  Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

PORTRAYAL OF PRODUCTS

While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur.

All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

Natural fibres, dye lots & wood finishes can vary from batch to batch, therefore, we recommend ordering multiples at the same time to ensure production will be from the same batch.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Natalie Haegeman.

You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability.

We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are no longer available.

Where an item is made to order, we specify a lead time that we endeavour to adhere to. Occasionally things occur outside of our control which may result in a delay to your order. We will do our utmost to keep these to a minimum and keep you continually updated on the progress of your order until completion.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please Note for customers purchasing from outside mainland BE, shipping costs are given as an estimate only. We endeavour to give the most accurate price, but in some cases, shipping can incur additional charges, such as import duties. As such we will contact all international customers by either e-mail or telephone, when an order is placed to clarify delivery quotes. If you have not heard from us within 7 days of placing your order, please do get in touch by e-mail info@nh-interiors.eu or call +32 (0) 477 24 24 45.

You can check our delivery & return page or contact us for further information, but we advise that all international customers also contact their local authorities.

CANCELLATION

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of placing your order with us.

If your order has already been dispatched please follow our Returns information.

Please note your right to return products does not apply on made-to-order items, those made to your specifications including bespoke furniture items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you wish to cancel an order you may do so by emailing info@nh-interiors.eu.The majority of our NH Editions range of furniture and lighting items are made-to-order and so in the event that having placed an order you wish to cancel it, if this is outside the 7 day period listed above, we will unfortunately have to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the value of the order. This applies to cancellation of orders prior to delivery. If your order has already been delivered, unfortunately we do not offer a cancellation service.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, just send it back to us (with the original packaging) and we will exchange, replace, or credit the cost against a future purchase.

Please contact us quoting your invoice number, no later than 28 days from the date you receive your purchase, stating that you will return the item including the original packaging. Provided the item is in saleable condition, we will exchange or replace the item(s) or credit the amount against a future purchase, along with any standard delivery charges*.

(*Where expedited or bespoke shipping was requested we regret that we are unable to offer a refund on this cost.)

This does not affect cancellations or your statutory rights.

Please note that furniture & lighting, special orders, items that have been assembled, made-to-order items, can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach our warehouse. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of your order. Certificates are available free of charge from the post office.

Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival.

Credit can be used against your next order, both online and with telephone orders.

WEBSITE

Every effort is made to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects. However, this cannot be guaranteed.

Natalie Haegeman shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account.

Rose Uniacke shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

SECURITY

Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card details. Information remains scrambled whenever it is transmitted over the web. This means that ordering via our site is even more secure than ordering over the phone.

JURISDICTION

This website, its content and any contract brought into being as a result of using this site are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
